First cooked rice with green peas, oregano butter, and salt.

Heat oil in a Kadai put garlic, ginger, onion, green chilies just saute and add tomato ketchup, sweet chili Soya sauce, bay leaf, and black pepper.

Add one bowl of water and cook on low flame covered with a lid for ten min. then off the flame.

Cut paneer into slices also give one extra cut from the center but don't separate

Now in a bowl add oregano, red chili powder, salt, grated ginger, and oil mix well and stuff Paneer slices also terminate upside down.

Heat Tawa spread little oil and shallow fry stuffed Paneer slices from both sides.

I don't have sizzler plate so I use heavy bottom pan.Preheat this pan properly spread washed cabbage leaves over this.

Then one side put cooked rice and over the rice put fried paneer slices.

The other side adds prepared mix veg. then on the sides of the heated pan leave butter and then pour prepared sauce and serve with this sizzling smoke.
