Steps

Wash & clean the mutton with fresh water.Heat oil in a cooker & add all the whole spices. Cook till they become golden.

Now add chopped onions & ginger garlic paste. Cook till they become translucent. Add all the ingredients & saute for a second.

Add grinded tomatoes & cook till oil spreads from corners. Now add mutton with 1 cup water.Cover the cooker with lid & give 2 - 3 whistles.Switch off the flame & let it cool down.

Open the cooker & cook the mutton on high flame till all water absorbs.Now again add 3 cup of water & again cover the cover with lid.After 1 whistle,slow down the flame & cook for 20 minutes.Switch off the flame.

Open the cover,add kasuri methi in it.

Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with rice & chapati.
