  • 1 kgchicken
  • 2medium piyaz slice cut
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2large tomato
  • 5chopped sabz mirch
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbsplal mirch powder
  • Half tsp haldi
  • 1 tspcrushed coriander
  • 1 cupdahi
  • Half tsp pisa gram masala
  • Dhaniya for garnishing
  • 1 n half cup oil

    Sb se phly sujanjny ko saf kar ke dho ke bóil kar lena hy 3-4 ghnty ke liey

  2. 2

    1 pteeli mein oil gram karein or piyaz dal ke light golden karein

  3. 3

    Ab is mein chicken dalen sath ginger garlic paste or salt dal ke 5 minute fri karein

  4. 4

    Tomatoes dal ke mazeed 2 minute fri karein

  5. 5

    Ab is mein sary dry masaly add karein or pani ka chheenta lagake 3 minute bhunen

  6. 6

    Ab dahi add karein or cover kar ke 5 minute ke liyemedium to low flame py pkny dein

  7. 7

    Jab oil upar nikl aey to suhanjna add karein or achi trah mix karein

  8. 8

    Ab low flame py isy cover kar ke 10 minute ke liyepkny dein

  9. 9

    Jab oil nikl aey or pani dry ho chuka ho to is mein 1 cup pani dalen taa ke boht ziada dry na ho or pani ziada ni lgana gravy na ban jaey

  10. 10

    Dhaniya dalen. Serving bowl mein dalen or mazedaar suhanjna gosht gram chapati ke sath serve karein.
