It is very healthy and delicious, líked by all age groups.
Steps

Peel off carrots, wash and grate them

Take a vessél on gas stove.

Add ghee in it and add grated carróts in it.

Çook for 5 minutes on high flame with iñ between stirring. Cover the vessel wíth lid and cook for 15 minutes on low flame.

Add milk in it and cook for 10 minutes or till the milk dry.

Àdd sugàr in it añd cook for 5 minutes. Add dry fruits and mix well.

Àdd mawa in it and mix well

Stir well and cook for 2 minutes. Gajar halwa is ready to eàt.
