Veg paneer pulav
Steps

Wash and soak the rice for 1/2 hr. Chop the veggies. Get the spices.

Heat ghee (homemade)add the whole garam masala, cook for a minute.

Now add ginger garlic paste, saute for a minute, add sliced onions. Cook on high heat for few minutes. Add the veggies.

Add dry spices, mix well, add rice and water.

Cover the lid of the cooker and give 3 whistles. Then simmer for 5 minutes. In a small pan add ghee and roast the paneer until golden brown.

When the pressure gets released from the cooker, open the lid and add the roasted paneer.

Serve it with curd
