  • Fresh Carrots
  • Orange juice
  • Ginger
  • Sugar syrup (optional)

Steps

    Wash carrotsand ginger, peel and wash again

  2. 2

    Slice carrots and soak for some minutes

  3. 3

    Blend all the above ingredients until smooth

  4. 4

    Sieve

  5. 5

    Add ice cubes/or refrigerate before serving
