Wash well vegetables with running water, cut and put them in sufuria. Add two cups of water and put over the medium heat. Allow them to boil for about 10min

Add oil in another pot, add onions and put medium heat. Let onions cook untill golden brown. Add blended tomatoes cook them for 3 minutes, then add boiled vegetables. Stir them well and cover them to simmer, add pinch of salt and milk. Allow them to cook for 5 min, then server with ugali while hot
