French Beans Aloo ki Sabji

Chop all the veggies and keep ready. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and hing. Once pop then add chopped garlic and saute for 10-15 seconds.

Add onions and fry till it becomes translucent. Then add potatoes, green chilli and french beans.

Season it with all spices turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder and salt. Mix it well. Add 1/4 cup water. Cover and cook for 10-12 mins.

After 10 minutes remove the lid and check the potatoes. If cooked, add tomatoes.

Cover and again cook for another 3-4 mins. Open the lid, once tomato becomes soft and mushy mix it well. And allow to fry open for another 2-3 mins.

Turn off the flame add amchur powder and garam masala. Garnish it with coriander. Serve hot with roti or paratha.
