Paneer Butter Masala

In a vessel take all to be boiled ingredients.Add 1 cup water and boil for 5 minutes.Take out and let cool.

Grind to a smooth paste.Keep aside.

Heat a vessel,add butter and oil.Add green chilli.Lower the flame to minimum.

Add powdered spices(exept garam masala powder).Saute for 1 minute.

Add tomato-onion paste,add salt.Cook on low flame for 5 minutes.If needed add some water.

Add kasuri methi and garam masala powder.Mix wellAdd sugar also.Now add cream and mix.

Add paneer cubes,cook for 2 minutes.

Put off flame and dish out.Serve with puris/parathe/rotis.
