Ingredients

  • 250 gmprawn
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  • 1 teaspoonCarom seeds
  • 2 teaspoonMalwani masala
  • 1 tablespooncurd
  • 1 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoongram flour
  • 1 tablespoonrice flour
  • 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  • as neededWater
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4 cupOil for frying

Steps

    Clean and wash prawns

  2. 2

    Apply salt, red chilli powder, coriander and turmeric powder

    Add ginger garlic paste, rub and add carom seeds, malwani masala, lemon juice

    Add curd and gram flour and rice flour

    Mix nicely so prawns are coated with gram flour and rice flour add water if needed, we have to only coat prawns

    Marinate prawns for minimum 1 hour.

  7. 7

    Deep fry on medium flame, so that prawns cook properly,

  8. 8

    Remove and serve with Sachewaun Sauce
