Cut you fish into large chunks and set aside

Take your 2 eggs, add the salt and fish masala and whisk using a folk in a bowl

Set you all-purpose flour in a separate bowl

Put your pan on the heat and add the cooking oil as you wait for it to be ready.

Take your fish piece by piece dip it in the egg mix until fully covered, remove and put in the flour on both sides. When the oil is ready start putting in the fish pieces to cook on medium heat. Let the fish pieces cook for at least 4 minutes on both sides until golden brown.

The fish fingers can be served with fries or ugali and greens with tomato sauce

For the sauce you blend the tomato and dhania together with 60ml of Walter. Fry the onion and add the mixture put some salt and tomato paste let it simmer on low heat for 7 mins. The serve along side your fish fingers if need be
