First let's prepare the dough for frankie roti. Bind a soft dough like chapati. Set it aside for 10 - 15 minutes.

Roll out chapati slightly thick than normal roti we make and put it on a hot pan and roast it on both sides for 2 seconds. It should not be fully cooked. Store all the chapatis covered.

Now let's prepare the pattice for frankie. Grind ginger, garlic, green chillies to fine paste. Put peas in the mixer and put it at pulse mode for 2 seconds. Same way add carrots and put on pulse mode for 2 seconds. Finely chop the onions.

Now heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic green chillies paste and onions and cook till onions sweat. Now add peas and carrots and cook well on low flame.

Take all the masalas mentioned for frankie in a bowl and mix well. Add it to the cooked peas and carrots mixture and cook for some time. Switch off the flame.

Now add boiled and mashed potatoes and coriander to it and mix well. Roll it into frankie patty.

Heat a non-stick pan and brush some oil on it. Place all the patty on it and cook on both sides.

Now let's make the sauce to apply on frankie. Take tomato ketchup in a bowl, mix vinegar in it and mix well. In a bowl keep shredded cabbage and sliced onions ready.

Now comes assembling the frankie. Heat a pan, place the roti on it, cook both the sides well with oil, ghee or butter. Do not make it crispy. Just cook both sides and remove it in a plate. Now apply sauce on it, add cabbage and onions, put the patty, again put some cabbage and onions and grate some cheese on top of it and roll it.
