In a bowl take flour along with all ingredients..

Knead and cover the lid for 1 hour..

After 1 hour and knead the dough for 2 min..

Divide into balls..

Take each bowl and give oval shape with roller pin..

Cover with kitchen towel and leave for 15 min..

When rise nicely..

Toast on tawa from both side..

When cool cut in center and set a side..

For chicken marinate strips with all ingredients above-mentioned above..

Then fry with little oil for 4,5 min..

Cut cucumber, onion and tomato in slices.. Then mix in chicken.. set a side..

For sauce: Mix mayo, ketchupa and hot sauce together..

Assembling: Take sandwich bread..

Note: You can make the dough a day before making sandwich.. After rising process, cover with cling fling or in air tight box in fridge.. (thé rising process of oval shape)
