Wash and chop methi leaves finely

Mix it with flour and other ingrediants and make a smooth dough.

Add oil for softness and with the help of roller and pin make round shape paratha.

Put a Tavares on flame and cook paratha on both sides by using deshi ghee and serve hot with curd and tomato chutney.
