  • 2 packspurple choisum
  • slicesGinger
  • slicesGarlic
  • Halftsp oyster sauce
  • 1little water

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat pan and pour a little bit of cooking oil.Then sautee garlic and ginger slices and add first the hard part or stem of choisum.Stir fry a little then add the leaves.Mix it and splash a little bit of water and season with oyster sauce.Cook it until done.
