Heat a wok then add cooking oil heat up a bit then drop the star anise ginger slices.Stir until fragrant then pour the ribs.Sautee until turns into golden color.Transfer into a pot and pour the radish on top.Add rock sugar lemon peel water dark and light sauce and wine.
