Mushrooms are great source of fiber, protein and antioxidants. And in this season of winter we prepare different soups to get warmth. So, I have prepared mushroom soup using coconut milk. Combination of mushroom and coconut turns in Delicious healthy bowl soup.

Mushrooms are great source of fiber, protein and antioxidants. And in this season of winter we prepare different soups to get warmth. So, I have prepared mushroom soup using coconut milk. Combination of mushroom and coconut turns in Delicious healthy bowl soup.
Steps

Heat the oil in a pan. Add onions and saute

Once it turns translucent, add washed and chopped mushroom and saute it. Mushroom will release water.

Remove from flame once mushroom turns soft. It gets cooked in less time.

Cool down it and then grind to a puree
- 5
Transfer it to a pan. Add coconut milk and keep it on a very low flame to boil. Also add salt and pepper powder.

Once done add cream, mix well and remove it from flame.

While serving you can add little fresh coriander leaves to garnish. Serve hot
