  • 16 ouncesfrozen meatballs
  • 1medium onion chopped
  • 3celery ribs sliced
  • 1 cupcarrots
  • 3Russet potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 tspminced garlic
  • 6 ouncescan tomato paste
  • 3 TablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonpepper
  • 1 teaspoonItalian Seasoning
  • 32 ozbeef broth

Steps

18 minutes
  1. 1

    Put all the ingredients in the instant pot. Stir to make sure everything is combined.

    Add the lid, set the valve to sealing. Set the pressure for 8 min.

  3. 3

    Do a quick release to release the pressure. Serve hot by itself and enjoy.
