  • 1 cupraw dry nzuu (pigeon peas)
  • 1large white onion
  • 1medium butternut
  • 1large red capsicum
  • 1/2 cupPeptang Choma Sauce
  • To taste salt

Steps

2 hours
  1. 1

    Boil the nzuu in enough water until they are cooked (around 1 hour)

  2. 2

    Cube the vegetables and add them in with the condiment and seasoning and cook until the butternut is soft.

  3. 3

    Serve hot.
