1 cupraw dry nzuu (pigeon peas)
1large white onion
1medium butternut
1large red capsicum
1/2 cupPeptang Choma Sauce
To taste salt

Boil the nzuu in enough water until they are cooked (around 1 hour)

Cube the vegetables and add them in with the condiment and seasoning and cook until the butternut is soft.

Serve hot.
