I came up with this recipe when reading chocolate-based recipes that don't contain heavy cream or starch syrup.
If the chocolate doesn't melt in Step 1, microwave for another 30 seconds at 500W.

Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place in a microwave-safe bowl with the ice cream. Loosely wrap and microwave at 500W for 2 minutes.

When it's melted, mix well and pour into a container lined with parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

When set, cut it into whatever shapes you like and dust with cocoa powder!

You can also shape them into classic round-shaped truffles.
