Chicken Tender Cutlet in Mustard Cheese

Chicken tenders are high in protein and low in calories so I wanted to use them as main dishes.
The oil should be 5 mm-1 cm deep to fry these up nicely. The lean chicken tender will taste so delicious!! Adding mustard to the egg makes it easy to coat the chicken. Recipe by Mikie recipe
