Chicken tenders are high in protein and low in calories so I wanted to use them as main dishes.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 4Chicken tenders
  2. 2 tbspMustard
  3. 200 mlPanko
  4. 2 tbspGrated parmesan cheese
  5. 1Flour
  6. 1Egg

Cooking Instructions

    Beat the egg and combine with 2 tablespoons of mustard. On a flat plate, combine the panko and grated cheese!

    Remove the tendon from the chicken tenders, season with salt and pepper, then dust in flour.

  3. 3

    Coat the chicken tenders with the egg mixture and dredge in panko with cheese.

  4. 4

    Pour oil about 5 mm deep in a pan. Heat the oil and fry the chicken (flip the chicken halfway until cooked thorough).
