Roast til sesame seeds over medium flame until light golden remove in a plate cool and grind coarse

In same pan add peanuts roast 3 to 4 minute medium flame the off flame remove on a plate de skin and grind to a coarse powder

Heat a tsp desi ghee in pan add crushed jaggery cook on low flame you til jaggery melts then cook further until colour changes to dark brown make sure not to burn the jaggery

Add crushed til and peanut powder off heat mix well grease a thali or surface with ghee apply ghee to the rolling pin

Immediately transfer the chilli mixture to the greased surface and roll into 1/8 inch thickness

Cool apply cuts when Lukewarm the separate pieces when cool completely

Store in aur tight container will last longer
