Methi onion pakoda

Slice onions, finely chop methi leaves, coriander leaves and keep it aside

Put gram flour rice flour and corn flour in a bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix.

Sprinkle some water and check the consistency for frying.

Heat the oil in a pan. Keep in medium flame. Take small piece from the mixture and put in the oil. Deep fry. Remove from the oil once done

Repeat this process for the remaining mixture.

Methi pokada is ready to plate.

Enjoy with sauce or chutney
