For Valentine's Day! Really Easy Soft Chocolate Truffles

I came up with an easy "truffle" recipe.
You can use sugar added cocoa powder or regular cocoa powder. I add powdered sugar into the regular cocoa powder. It's great with rum soaked raisins and nuts. You can use any chocolate you like. They won't melt at room temperature and won't harden in the winter. Recipe by Asamato

Steps
- 1
Crumble the Castella cake into small pieces by hand and sprinkle with rum. (The picture shows Castella cake with dried fruits.)
- 2
Heat heavy cream in the microwave and add the chopped chocolate. The chocolate should easily melt.
- 3
Add the chocolate into the castella and combine well.
- 4
Drop heaping tablespoons of the chocolate mixture onto a small sheet pan and chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- 5
Shape the chocolate into balls with your hands and dust with cocoa powder. It's really easy!
- 6
This is how they look like when cut in half. They look just like chocolate truffles, but are much easier to make.
