  • 2 ozDried porcini mushrooms
  • 1 tbspOlive oil (extra virgin)
  • 2 ozShallots (3 med)
  • 1 tbspRosemary (finely chopped)
  • 1 1/2 lbSmall new potatoes (1/3 inch pieces)
  • 3 largeGarlic cloves
  • 4 cupWater
  • 1 1/2 tspSalt

Steps

25 mins
  1. 1

    Soak porcini in 2 cups hot water for 15 min

  2. 2

    Saute shallots in oil for 2 min

  3. 3

    Add rosemary and potatoes and cook 3 min

  4. 4

    Add garlic, porcini, most of their soaking liquid, water, salt

  5. 5

    Cook for 10 minutes
