1 tbspOlive oil (extra virgin)
2 ozShallots (3 med)
1 tbspRosemary (finely chopped)
1 1/2 lbSmall new potatoes (1/3 inch pieces)
3 largeGarlic cloves
4 cupWater
1 1/2 tspSalt

Soak porcini in 2 cups hot water for 15 min

Saute shallots in oil for 2 min

Add rosemary and potatoes and cook 3 min

Add garlic, porcini, most of their soaking liquid, water, salt

Cook for 10 minutes
