Roasted Chickpeas
A Healthy crunchy snack. They ar slightly dry but are supposed to be dry and crunchy similar to what nut texture is.
Steps

Drain the chickpea over a colander for an hour and then pat dry with kitchen paper. Remove any loose chickpea skins.

Preheat oven to 200c.
- 3
Line a baking tray with greaseproof. Transfer the chickpeas to the tray.
- 4
Drizzle with olive oil and coat all the chickpeas well.

Transfer to the oven and bake for 30-35 or until crispy and crunchy inside.

Coat with seasoning and herbs of choice. I went with the basic curry and salt flavour.
