I made seasonal breakfast of poha. I made poha cutlet Home style ingredients in few special regional cutlet.

First take 2 cup poha. Take two cup of water soak for 5 minutes.Then drain out the water.

Then take 3 boiled potato. Grate it. Add soaked poha, chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp Ginger chilli paste, 1 tsp chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp salt, chopped coriander, red chilli powder and garam masala. Mix it well.

Make soft dough and shape cutlets. Make a slurry with 3 tbsp rice flour and water. Dip cutlets and fry in medium hot oil, keeping the flame medium to high. Flip and fry both sides until brown and crispy.

Now crispy soft tasty cutlet is ready. Transfer to serving plate. And decorate with tomato ketchup and serve with masala curd.

Soak poha properly and add masala properly so it become tasty,
