In a mixing jar add soaked moong dal and make a smooth batter.

Now in a bowl add moong dal batter, vegetables, grated ginger, coriander leaves, rice flour, salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix everything well.

In a pan add 1/2 tbsp oil when oil becomes medium hot pour the moong dal batter. After 1-2 minutes add oil another side. Then flip it. Cook it for 3-4 minute (low to medium heat). Serve it with green chutney or any type of sauce, raita. Here I serve it with plain curd.
Tips
If you want, you can add others vegetables like carrot, beetroot, capsicum or many more.
