Ingredients

2 - 3 people
  • 1/2 tspgrated ginger
  • 1/2 tsplemon zest
  • 1finely grated garlic clove
  • 1 tspfinely chopped coriander
  • 3 tbspcrispy breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • Seasoning
  • 2-3salmon fillets (mine were very large so I only had two)

  1. 1

    Mix all of the ingredients together to create a rub for the fish

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees c and bake the fish in the oven for 12 minutes (10 if you’ve salmon fillets are smaller). Remove and serve with whatever you fancy.
