1/2 tspgrated ginger
1/2 tsplemon zest
1finely grated garlic clove
1 tspfinely chopped coriander
3 tbspcrispy breadcrumbs
2 tbspolive oil
Seasoning
2-3salmon fillets (mine were very large so I only had two)

Mix all of the ingredients together to create a rub for the fish

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees c and bake the fish in the oven for 12 minutes (10 if you’ve salmon fillets are smaller). Remove and serve with whatever you fancy.
