Ingredients

20 minutes
2-4 servings
  • 1tomato (large size if medium pick two)
  • 1 tablespoonradish (diced)
  • 1 tablespoonroasted peanuts
  • 2green chilies
  • 3-4garlics (chopped)
  • 3dried Kashmiri red chillies roughly crushed
  • 1 teaspooncoriander leaves
  • forSpices:-
  • 1/2 teaspoonsugar (it enhance its taste)
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoonvinegar
  • for tempering:-
  • 2 tablespoonsoil
  • 1dry red chilli
  • 1/2 teaspooncumin seeds (zeera)
  • Less than 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds (rai)
  • 8-10fresh curry leaves

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash & chop radish, tomato,green chili’s. Crushed dried red chillies on a griddle we will pop all the ingredients and let them cook on low flame until tomatoes are soften it will take around 3 minutes then add chopped garlic mix for a minute.

    Off the flame burner then add coriander leaves,salt, turmeric powder,vinegar as it’s hot it will mix well & it’s kind of aromatic let it cool down to room temperature set aside and also dry roast the peanuts & let it cool.

    Besides we will keep the tempering ready take another pan add in oil while it’s warm pop in cumin seeds,mustard seeds,curry leaves,one dried red chili sauté for 1 minute it’s slightly aromatic in kitchen immediately off the flame burner let the tempering cool slightly warm.

    Further we will prepare a fine paste using the soften tomato mixture & roasted peanuts while both are blended well & puréed we will mix it together at this point can taste spices and adjust accordingly for my taste it’s perfect. lastly pop over the tempering on chutney.

    Pop it in a serving bowl & enjoy the delicious tomato peanut chutney with dash of radish.
