  • 50 mlsake
  • 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Pat dry then Marinate the salmon with sake for 10 minutes

    Drain and pat dry then sprinkle salt all over then store in a airtight container for 2 days in fridge

    Pat dry the skin then broil it skin up and enjoy
