Soak rice and dal separately for 7 to 8 hrs.

Grind them coarsely

Keep it aside for the fermentation. For approx 4 to 5 hrs or more.

Heat water in a steamer.Add chilli ginger,methi,corn, salt.and Eno Mix well.Pour this mixture into greased dish n let it cook in the steamer for 10 to 12 minutesm

Temper it.Serve hot.
