  1. 250 gramswheat flour
  2. 2 table spoonrava
  3. 250 gramsfinely chopped fenugreek
  4. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  5. 1 tablespoonginger, garlic and green chilli paste
  6. 2 tablespoonscurd
  7. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  8. 1 tbspCoriander Cumin Powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoonchili powder
  10. as requiredWater
  11. as neededoil for deep fry
  12. as per tasteSalt

    Wash the fenugreek leaves in water and chop them finely.

    Take one big bowl and add all the ingredients except oil in it.

    Knead the dough with the
    help of water.

    Now divide the dough into equal portions. Make small size balls, roll on a rolling board.

    Heat oil in a pan. Fry the puris from both sides.
