Wash the fenugreek leaves in water and chop them finely.

Take one big bowl and add all the ingredients except oil in it.

Knead the dough with the

Now divide the dough into equal portions. Make small size balls, roll on a rolling board.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry the puris from both sides.

Serve Methi poori with pickel and chutney.
