Veg Fried Rice

Wash and Chopped all vegetables of your choice in small pieces.

In a pan heat oil splatter Cummin seeds, add chilli and ginger-garlic pasta. Stir for a minute in medium flame. Add all chopped vegetables.

Stir often until veggies become little soft. Now add butter, here I am using homemade coriander butter if you don't have use normal butter.

When butter goes melt then add cooked rice and salt, mix everything well with soft hand.

Now add coriander leaves and lemon juice and peas. Mix all well.

Cover and cook for another 2 minutes in low flame. Veg Fried Rice is ready to serve. Serve hot.
