Place the pan over medium heat then add oil and ginger, garlic paste stir for few seconds.
Add mince fry well till mince change their colour.
Add all spices fry well till cook well and all water dry well turn the heat off and remove pan from stove set a side and cool down completely. - 2
Pre heat oven to 200°C / 390°F.
Cut the pastry sheet into four equal squares and then place on a baking tray, leaving a space between each.
Using a small knife score (making sure not to cut all the way through the pastry) the edges to create a border approx 1-2cm in from the edge - 3

Using the back of a spoon, spread the centre of each square with Philadelphia cheese within the score lines then Put cheese slice, spread keema (meat mince) Divide onion slice, bell paper equally between each tart add 1 tsp chilli sauce each tart.
Brush around edge of tart with beaten egg. - 5
Bake for 15-20 mins until the pastry is golden and crispy and the cheese has melted.
