First wash and clean properly green garlic, green chillies and ginger, remove the skin of ginger and also remove the roots of the green garlic.

Cut and chopped green chillies,. Green garlic, and Ginger, heat the pan pour oil and add mustard seeds cumin seeds and asafoetida, saute for a minute.

Now add green chopped garlic, green chillies, and ginger Julienne and mix it well, add green garlic leaf,

And mix it well, add salt, pickle masala, turmeric powder and mix it well.

Now add white vinegar and saute for s minute and cook for five minutes, after that switch of the flame let it cool now our pickle is ready.
