First take beet wash and clean properly soak in the water keep in the pressure cooker and whistle 2 to 3 after that remove from the cooker let it cool and keep a side

Take all the above ingredients together chopped beetroots into the small pieces heat the khadai pour oil add mustard seeds cumin seeds and asafoetida.

Add green chopped chillies and curry leaves mix it well, add red chilli powder, pickle masala turmeric powder and salt.

And mix it well and cook for a minute add soak tamarind and vinegar, saute for a minute, now add some water and boil it.

If the boil is come add boil chopped beetroots into it and mix it well.

And cover the lid cook for 5 to 10 minutes, after that switch the flame our beetroots pickle us ready.
