Add the cream cheese, mascarpone, and 10 g of the granulated sugar to a bowl and mix well.

In a separate bowl add the heavy cream and 10 g of the granulated sugar, and whip until stiff peaks form.

Add the cream mixture from step 2 to the cheese mixture from step 1. Use a mixer on the slowest speed setting to mix.

Store in the refrigerator overnight to increase the deliciousness.
