Ingredients

30 minutes

  • 300 gmwheat flour
  • 200 gmgram flour
  • 1/2 kgfenugreek fresh leaves
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp saunf/ fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain/carom seeds
  • Pinchhing/ asafoetida
  • 2 tbspoil
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First wash and chopped the leaves.

    Take both flour.and all the ingredients in a bowl.

    Prepare dough with them.and rest it for 10 minutes.

    After that.take a pan,add oil and fry the puri.serve hot...
