Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfoxtail millet
  2. 1/2 cupvegetables (Carrot, beans, potato, green peas)
  3. 1Onion
  4. 1tomato
  5. 1 spoonginger garlic paste
  6. 2 teaspoonjeera/cumin seeds
  7. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  8. as neededOil
  9. 2 tspCoriander leaves
  10. 2 tspCurry leaves
  11. 1green chilli
  12. 1 spoonred chilli powder
  13. 1 spoongaram masala powder
  14. 1 spoonkitchen king masala
  15. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook foxtail millet just like rice and let it cool down completely.

  2. 2

    Heat a tawa add oil, jeera, onion, tomato, curry leaves, veggies, Ginger garlic paste, saute it.

  3. 3

    Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, kitchen king masala mix well.

  4. 4

    Add cooked foxtail millet, salt to taste mix it well. Add coriander leaves.

All healthy recipes becomes waste when u add Refined Oil, Curd, Sea Salt and cooking in Teflon Coated Aluminum Utensils instead we can use Coconut Chutney & Rock Salt. otherwise a very nice recipe to try.
