Aloo Methi gravy !!
Steps

Firstly clean the methi leaves by plucking it from the stem. Then wash it well, drain it well and chop it roughly and keep aside.

Then keep the other ingredients ready. Wash and peel the potatoes and cut into cubes and put them in water. Keep chopped onion, green chillies, garlic, ginger and tomato ready.

Heat a pressure cooker and add oil. Then add jeera.After it splutters add the chopped onion, green chillies, ginger and garlic. Sauté well for a few minutes.

Then add the dry masala powders and salt. Mix everything well.

Then add the chopped tomatoes. Sauté for 2 minutes. Then add the chopped methi leaves. Mix everything well and cook for 2 minutes.

Then add the chopped potatoes and mix again.

Then add the required quantity of water and give it a nice mix and pressure cook it till 4 whistles and then turn off the heat and let it cool down.

Then open the pressure cooker and gently mash a few potatoes. Check salt and spices. Add if needed. Similarly if water needed add adjust to your required consistency.

Serve hot with ghee Rotis or paranthas
