Take whole wheat flour, fenugreek leaves, chopped green coriander leaves, sesame seeds, grated jaggery, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dhania jeera powder, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste in a big plate. Mix everything well.

Add curd, mix well and gradually add water to make soft dough. Grease dough with little oil and keep aside.

Divide the dough in equal 18 to 20 parts and make balls. Take one ball and roll into a little thick roti using wheat flour for rolling.

Heat up the tawa on medium flame. Roast rolled roti using oil on medium flame till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides. Repeat process for all the balls.

Serve hot Methi Na Thepla with mixed pickle, sweet pickle or chunda and enjoy. These Theplas can also be served warm or cold and tastes amazing with hot masala tea.
