First clean and wash the Methi leaves then roughly chopped it. in a mixing bowl take flour add salt,garam masala powder oil and Methi leaves. Mix all well.

Add little by little water knead it make a soft dough. Cover and keep for ten minutes for rest. then make medium size balls from the dough.

Take one ball, roll it like medium size roti. heat a pan cook the paratha from one side for a minute flip it. add little oil and cook from both side well.

Prepare all paratha and serve hot with tea.
