Firstly take a pan add 100gm water and boil for a minute and then add onions,Chillies,Ginger,garlic and cashews and allow them to boil for 5-6 minutes on medium flame.

Remove boiled onions garlic ginger green chillies and cashews from pan and allow them to cool down and after some time add all ingredients and also add curd into the mixer jar and blend them nicely.

Now take a pan add 2tbsp oil or 2tbsp butter into the pan heat it and add black cardamom and green cardamom after a minute add a Onion curd paste which blend before. Now add all spices red chilli powder,turmeric powder,Coriander powder,cumin seeds add 100 gm water and mix nicely and cook until oil separated.

Now take a bowl add kasuri methi add water into it and leave for 5 minutes.

Now take kadai add remaining oil or butter heat it and then add boiled peas and remove the water from kasuri methi and add into the kadai and sauté them for a minute.

When oil separated from gravy add gravy with peas and kasuri methi and add salt to taste. Now cook for a while on medium flame.

Now add fresh cream and cook for a minute on medium flame.
