Fried pepper prawns

Clean the prawns thoroughly and drain all excess water. Add salt and ginger garlic paste and soak for 5 mins.

Add all the spices along with the prawns and let it soak for 5 more minutes.

In a pan add required oil, once oil is hot add the prawns and fry it on medium flame for 4-5 mins.

Once prawns turn golden, drain from oil and transfer to pepper bowl and give a shake.

Serve warm as started or snack.
