Green beans with potatoes and eggs

Prepare ingredients.

Bring salted water to boil, then add grean beans and cook them until soft. Pour out the water and add some olive oil and pressed garlics. Cook it for a few minutes.

Peel and chop potatoes, then cook them in salted water until soft. Pour out the water and set them aside.

In a pan, fry the eggs on olive oil with salt and pepper. Pour a little water on the pan so it can go under the eggs. Cover it and let it cook, but keep an eye on it because the water can evaporate quickly and the eggs could burn.

Serve green beans with cooked potatoes and eggs. Bon appétit 😋
