Mix together the mayonnaise, pepper, cabbage, carrot and capsicum. Mix well and set aside. Shred the left over tandoori chicken and set aside.

Apply butter and chutney on 2 slices of bread. One one of the slice spread the perpared mayo mixture. Place a plain slice of bread onto it. Spread tandoori chicken piec es and cheese on this slice. Cover with the buttered slice.

Apply some butter on the sandwich and grill for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
