Ingredients

20mins
  1. 100 gplain flour
  2. 25 gcornflour
  3. 40 gjerk seasoning, I used the Dunns River brand
  4. 500 gcauliflower
  5. 1 tspdried thyme
  6. 1 tspgarlic granules
  7. 1 tsponion granules
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 1 tspturmeric
  10. 100 mlwater
  11. Vegetable oil spray

Cooking Instructions

20mins
  1. 1

Add all of the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl

  2. 2

Gradually add the water and whisk well until you have a smooth batter

  3. 3

Leave the batter to rest for 15 mins and in the meantime cut your cauliflower into ‘wings’

  4. 4

Dip the cauliflower into the batter mix ensuring it’s coated in all the little nooks and crannies

  5. 5

Spray an air fryer with vegetable oil and lay in your cauliflower in a single layer and cook on high for 10 minutes, turn over and do the same for a further 5 minutes (adjust timings depending on the size of your cauliflower pieces)

  6. 6

If you don’t have an air fryer you could shallow fry in a pan or cook in the oven
